Transnational Meeting of the Urban Expedition AI-Assisted Learning Adventure Project Held in Warsaw
On February 18-19, 2025, a transnational meeting was held in Warsaw as part of the Erasmus+ project Urban Expedition AI-Assisted Learning Adventure (2024-1-PL01-KA220-SCH-000252280). The meeting was hosted by Liceum Ogólnokształcące z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi Fundacji Szkolnej, welcoming partner organizations from various European countries.

During the two-day event, partners had the opportunity to align on key project aspects, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration. The first day was dedicated to an in-depth discussion of project activities, quality management, and partner coordination. Work plans, dissemination and exploitation strategies, as well as monitoring and evaluation approaches, were presented. Potential challenges in project implementation were also discussed, with partners jointly developing strategies to address them.

The second day focused on financial transparency and project sustainability. Partners agreed on reporting and documentation procedures, shared best practices, and finalized essential project documents. A special session was dedicated to integrating environmentally responsible approaches at all stages of implementation, culminating in the signing of the Green Pact, in which partners committed to implementing concrete sustainability initiatives.

The meeting concluded with the awarding of participation certificates and an informal networking session, further strengthening collaboration among partners. This gathering in Warsaw marked a significant step in the further implementation of the project, laying the foundation for the successful execution of planned activities in the coming months.
