Tresure Hunt in Poland

In Poland, the partner carried out a “Treasure Hunt” pilot activity with 15 students as an introduction to the project and its main idea. Through a short, dynamic quest, participants solved tasks and collaborated in teams, while facilitators observed engagement, clarity of instructions, and the overall pace of the activity. After the piloting, feedback was collected (via a short questionnaire and/or a group discussion) on what was most interesting, what was unclear, and what should be adjusted before the next phases. The comments gathered will be used to improve the scenario, strengthen inclusion of all students, and communicate the project objectives more clearly.

Urban Hunt in Slovenia

In Slovenia, Smart Institute carried out the “Whispers of the River and the Town” pilot activity with 17 secondary-school students (ages 16-18) in Radlje ob Dravi. Through a 75-minute outdoor expedition along the Drava riverbank, the old mill, and Glavni trg, teams of 3-4 students solved interdisciplinary tasks combining geography, local history, STEM logic, and civic literacy, supported by ChatGPT for image recognition and idea generation. Each station produced a code element that, when combined, unlocked the keyword RIVER. Facilitators observed engagement, clarity of instructions, teamwork, and the pace of the activity, while students worked in assigned roles (Navigator, Observer, Recorder, Speaker) to ensure inclusive participation. After the piloting, feedback was collected via Google Form questionnaire and a group debrief on what was most interesting, what was unclear, and what should be adjusted for the next adventure!

in Türkiye

As part of the Urban Expeditio project, the local implementation of the adventure-based educational toolkit was carried out in Istanbul, Türkiye. Organized by Corbiz, the activity introduced an innovative learning experience aimed at integrating digital tools into the high school curriculum. The implementation was conducted with the participation of students from ITU Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School together with their teacher, Murat Ay.

The field activity took place along the route of Taksim Square, Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM), and St. Antoine Church.
