Urban Expeditio in Maribor: When the City Becomes an Adventure
In December, the partners of the Urban Expeditio project gathered in Maribor for a combined event that included a Learning, Teaching & Training Activity (LTT) and the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). During this intensive working week, the consortium focused on key steps leading to the next phase of project implementation with students.
What This Working Week Achieved
Joint testing of the Adventurous Learning methodology

Strengthening cooperation among partners through practical, team-based tasks

Maribor as a “Living Classroom”
Maribor served as a dynamic testing ground — a city where educators experienced the same challenges that young participants will soon face: navigating urban spaces, solving city-based riddles, collaborating in teams, and engaging with their surroundings in creative and critical ways.
This event confirmed that Urban Expeditio successfully integrates local context, exploratory spirit, and innovative educational approaches that foster engagement and learner autonomy.
