TPM3 – 3rd Transnational Project Meeting in Potenza
The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the Urban Expeditio project was held in Potenza, Italy, in April 2026, alongside the international student mobility hosted by I.I.S. “Di Pasca – Fortunato”. The meeting brought together project coordinators and partner representatives to review the progress achieved so far and to define the next steps for the upcoming project phases.
During the meeting, partners analysed the work completed within the project, with a particular focus on project deliverables, implementation results, dissemination activities and the outcomes of the student mobility. The partners reviewed available statistics, feedback and impact indicators, which confirmed the relevance and effectiveness of the “City as a Classroom” approach.
A significant part of the discussion was dedicated to the Matera Treasure Hunt, implemented during the student mobility. Partners agreed that the activity was well-structured, motivating and highly engaging for participants. The students’ enthusiasm and active participation showed that the treasure hunt methodology has strong potential as an educational tool that can be adapted and promoted in schools across Europe.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to clarify partner responsibilities, synchronise upcoming deadlines and ensure a smooth transition into the next stage of the project. Coordinators discussed the testing phases, the final project mobility and the steps needed to complete and promote the partnership’s digital deliverables.
In addition, partners reflected on dissemination and sustainability strategies. Special attention was given to how project results can reach a wider audience of schools, educators and stakeholders, and how the Urban Expeditio methodology can continue to be used after the project ends.
The overall assessment of the meeting was very positive. Partners confirmed that the project is progressing according to plan and that the activities implemented in Potenza provided strong evidence of the educational value of the Urban Expeditio approach. The TPM in Potenza strengthened coordination within the partnership and created a clear roadmap for the final stages of the project.
